My 2005 6.0 is exhibiting a weak acceleration from dead stop. It’s so bad that I would be scared to not be able to get out of the way of someone if I needed too. Once it moves about 4-5 seconds with rolling on throttle the turbo will spool up and power is as should be. I don’t remember the exact RPMs that the turbo finally powers up but I don’t know what to look at. Please provide me some parameters to monitor and I can get you some data.
Post data for the following @ KOEO (key on engine off) and then take it for a spin and show us some numbers while you're accelerating from a stop.
FICM MPower
FICM LPower
Battery Voltage
VRef Voltage
ICP
ICPvoltage
IPR%
EBP
MAP
BARO
VGT%
Would also like to see fuel pressure - that does require an aftermarket sensor of some sort as the PCM doesn't monitor that on these trucks.
I need to try and pull the data from my tuner data log but I did note that when I have the pedal to the floor, my ICP is barely climbing till about 1400 psi and then that’s when it will take off and turbo spools up. It does have a bigger turbo on it. Not sure the size. Also at WOT my IPR is like 87

Just be aware that tuners are notoriously poor code readers, and several big name tuners cannot get several PIDs correct. Much better off with ForScan or ForScan Lite.
