2005 6.0 turbo died / now no full throttle

i say no throttle.. i mean it get 2000rpm park netural spits and sputters and has no power going down road 15-25 mph top.
my tunner I don't use but for the gauges and seeing stats shows.. ficm 47-48v, icp and ipr are moving when u hit throttle, we pulled egr cleaned it,

2005 f350 6.0 . stock motor 130k on it. still has egr. so driving yesterday and boooom pulled over and a turbo intercooler hose popped off. put it back on still NO power and No Full THROTTLE (like 2000 rpm in park or netural)... got it home 25 mph. pulled turbo you could feel its either went or is about to be junk.. tight not spinning easy.. so put new turbo on. still NO full THROTTLE power.. we checked the black hose and sensor (MAP I think) from above ac box that goes into the egr thing for cracks .. we found none and we switched out that sensor and hose off my other truck.. still no full throttle. put my gas pedal into my other truck and it jumped to 3300 rpm, switched ipc in passenger valve cover, switched the sensor or turbo finger mover in top of turbo (sorry cant think of proper name)..

hit the wrong button and cleared the codes.. so I remember see 2 codes saying off balance or combustion cylinder 3 and 8 .. other then that was just code about turbo. and nothing that jumped out at u..

There are so many other sensors that you could throw your money at but to save money,
What is the exhaust back pressure showing?
When you say that you see readings moving, what are they exactly?
What is the high pressure (HPOP) putting out?
The low speed simply indicates that the engine is running in safe mode.

Sounds like a stuck turbo.

EBP is best reported in psi, but we need to know if it is gauge or absolute (EBP_G or EBP_A).
