All of a sudden tourque pro codes show p0278..p0674..p0675..plus idle is wonky..also getting shuddering from trans until 150 degrees then smooths out...not sure how glow plug codes are relevant for these new issues..almost seems like running on 6 cylinder instead of 8 ..hoping the experts will chime in with some good advice.. ipr is 22 at idle..37ish at 1/2 throttle vgt 73%at idle..let me know if you need any more info
Since it is a contribution code (weakly contributing cylinder), that makes it a bit harder to say it is an injector for sure. How old are your injectors?
What oil are you running?
When was the last oil change?
Are you running an OEM oil filter cap and OEM oil filter?
Can you run a block heater for an hour or so and have better performance at the beginning?
Ever tried a stiction additive, like Archoil?
Ultimately, you can swap #6 injector with say #4 injector, and see if the code follows the injector to the #4 cylinder. Depending on the information specifics, I probably wouldn't do that quite yet.
A test you can do is you can see if the #6 injector will buzz properly.
I can't remember, will Torque Pro do an injector buzz test? If not, your system MIGHT do an INITIAL buzz test of SOME sort. This is where all injectors buzz, then it perhaps sequentially buzzes each injector. That capability does seem to depend on the FICM strategy that you may have.

injectors are stock as far as i know..152 k on odometer..only had truck 1 1/2 years. Just changed oil yesterday..with ford motorcraft fl 2016 filter. Rotella T6 15 40 oil..with a new stock oil cap..same as old one ..plus i was given 2 qts of hotshots stiction eliminator..so i used the first one last oil change and second one yesterday..15 qts shows full on dipstick..multiple checks afterwards..seems like when i change my oil it acts funny..
Only upgrades so far is a new ficm from ed with atlas 40 tune..hollowed out cat..blue spring upgrade kit(motorcraft). Thouroughly flushed coolant with rotell ultra elc with bypass filter for coolant..
Meaning...the program TOLD you everything was good or you HEARD every injector with a strong audible CLICK? The program only monitors/tests the electrical side. You have to listen for the CLICK of each injector to know if the spool valves are actually moving or not.
