Also I was talking to the mechanic that works at my school and he said something about limp mode could cut out a cylinder and then I asked about overdrive, (tow/haul) on my truck, and he said overdrive doesn't work in limp mode which my overdrive wasn't working. So I believe that my truck is in limp mode with it not going over 65, the misfiring that I was hearing and tow/haul not working. Also would limp mode explain why in the picture with the injector data that the one injector seemed way off. Sorry for asking so many questions at once and all of the picture but I thought they would help and I don't want to forget any info that I have.

If the starter works normally, I'd say a past owner had an issue and used a new cable to the starter while leaving the broken one in place.
Never mind. I came in looking at a post at the end of a page, not the end of the long thread.
