i have a similar issue for my 22'. The cargo camera (on the right panel) works 50% of the time, depends on what speed i'm driving. If i mis-clicked it at low speed (say <5mph) it will show nothing, then when i go to reverse, my screen goes black. It resets after I re-start the truck. Looking for a solution here.
Report it to the NHTSA.gov and when enough people report the same problem Ford will be forced to issue a recall just like they already have on the 2017-2019 Super Duty.

I'd start by changing out the camera. Inexpensive and easy to do. I believe most have tried that and solved most of their problems except for replacing the dashed lines.

Do you even understand how that works? I think he wants his camera fixed now, not 5 years from now.

Then don't do anything and Ford can get away with making profit on the replacement camera and not have any accountability for their cheapening and offshoring of parts. Problems persist and nothing ever gets better.
You know you can still report the issue AND replace your camera. Then, when the made in Mexico or China replacement camera fails it will be covered when the recall is rolled out.
Price slashed and hard to beat right now. Ford OEM part was correct with a manufactured date of 8-2024.
Literally took all of about 10 minutes to change it out and that included pulling one car out and pulling the truck in.
You'll need a T-10 star bit to get the 2 screws out holding the camera in. The exterior screws have a few options but I used a T-20 star to get them out.
You'll need to reuse the silicone seal attached on the old camera. Very easy off the old and on the new.
No signs of moisture or leaking just what I believe to be a bad camera.
If I had taken into a dealership probably would have cost me 4 times what I paid for the camera.
The old camera was not working when I removed it and after installing the new camera it began working instantly and the picture is much clearer.
Hope my experience helps anyone else out there with a similar situation.
We'll see how long this one lasts!
edit: Went for a short drive to pick a couple things up and naturally wanted to check the camera out and make sure it wasn't just a dream! Camera still functioning as it should, however, I did notice this time that the dashed line down the center is missing. No big deal for me. Actually like it better without the line.
2nd edit: Yesterday was the first I hooked up my 5th wheel. Camera still works fine. However, one other thing that popped up with my new camera, it does not have the magnifier either! The + button is there but when I push it nothing happens. Headed out for a week and when I return I'll contact the place I got the camera from and talk to them about it.
Again, not a big deal for me, however I did use that function a lot when backing to hook up.
3rd edit: Texted with myfordpart where I got the camera and they told me I'll have to take the truck into somewhere (dealer) who has forscan to program the dashed line and the plus button into the system.
if I understand this correctly, i just need to buy a new camera , not the entire housing. Just swap it on?
The part i'm looking at is ""Rear Camera - Ford (HC3Z-19G490-Z) Genuine OEM Ford Parts & Accessories - hc3z19g490z?"

Yes you just buy the camera and replace the camera in the original CHMSL The problem you are going to have is the dotted lines and the zoom will not work after changing it. You will need to do the LIN calibration in the IPMB module with FDRS to get the line and zoom back. This can't be done with Forscan yet.

Bought a new bed cam ($40) and slapped it on only took 5 min. Now the cargo cam is working (yeah). Missing the center dotted line but i can deal with it.
