Anyone know of a forscan change that will disable the internal alarm sensor so perimeter only is enabled? There is a selection for this in the truck main screen setup, but it keeps changing back to internal and perimeter, no matter who many times I change it to perimeter only. It also can be set up so the main screen asks what you want each time you turn off the vehicle, but when I forget, the dog sets off the alarm.
Most have found that it needs to be selected every key cycle. You are saying you set it to perimeter only and it stayed that way indefinitely?
OP, others have gone as far as unplugging the sensors in the overhead console.
Yes, I put it on perimeter only, seems like it stayed there... at least the last time left the dog in there it didn't go off.. are you saying that it reverts back on it's own...???

On my 2017 it reverts back on it's own. I have never heard anyone report that the newer trucks didn't do the same.

Yeah, after a key cycle it defaults back to perimeter and interior.

and... So it does on mine too, I guess I didn't lock the truck when the dog was in there therefore the alarm wasn't turned on, that is why it didn't go off...
