I have nothing on the dash or any controls that would indicate cruise control.
Did you check the turn signal lever? Some aftermarket systems had a controller that replaced the lever. If the lever looks stock, it may have been a version that clipped on. Any mystery wires on that side of the steering column?
What is the one I have circled in red below? Is that a vacuum motor for a dealer or aftermarket cruise control? That's what it looks like, but they're not usually in that location, at least not that I have seen. Then again, none of my Bullnoses had cruise, factory or aftermarket...

I noticed you're missing the handle for the jack. You won't realize it until stranded somewhere by the side of the road. It clips across the top of the radiator. Details here:

The J bolts are available separately from many sources.
Those J bolts magically disappear in about 10 years unless you coat them with about 2 cents worth of Fluid-Film which will make them last for a lifetime. Coat the battery pan too unless replacing those strikes your fancy.
