Got some inner wheel liners that need to be replaced or repaired. I know the fenders are rare and no one makes replacements but i was wondering if its possible to plastic weld them or if the inner wheel liners for the 87-96 ford on lmc will fit with slight modifications.
Quite a few people are asking about wheel well liners lately. Apparently there are no replacements available. Mine are in good shape so I'm not sure what's happening to the originals?
If you have some breaks or tears in them how about putting reinforcing on the back side? I'm thinking hold cracks or tears together and use a peel and stick roll product behind the tear. This will seal and hold your liners together.

E5TZ-16054-B Right & E4TZ-16055-A Left .. Front Fender Aprons / Obsolete
1980/86 F100/350 (gas) & Bronco / 1983/86 F250/350 with the 6.9L diesel use different aprons.
No Ford dealer or obsolete parts vendor has any.

The fenders are the same 1980/86 F100/350 (F250/350 diesel makes no difference) & Bronco and are probably easier to find used than the aprons, as the aprons can get torn up.
If you live in the east or the rust belt, good used fenders are hard to find. But if you live in the south or in the desert southwest, the fenders aren't rusty because salt isn't used on the roads.
I would make a wooden mold , heat the plastic and bend it over, trim the excess after it cured . Not a simple process but if there was enough call for it , it would be a possibility. imI sure I would have a huge junk pile of trial runs.
