Part number for key pad

Part number for key pad
2005 F-150 Lariat. The key pad on the driver door handle has one button not working. Dealership pulled the code for me so I do know what the 6 digit security code is now, but without a working key pad it doesn't matter.
They say I have to buy the entire door handle assembly with the key pad module included for almost $300 bucks. Surely I can just buy the key pad module, which is accessible from inside the door panel, and replace that part only, right?
Does anybody here have a part number for this module?? I have searched and I see LOTS of these key pad modules with buttons for various Ford vehicles from $40 bucks to $100 bucks, but it's hard to know which one will actually fit my F-150.
