Drivers side rear window issue....
So, the passenger side rear window quit working to go up, but will go down. Figured its the main drivers switch or switch on door. Replaced both switches and still only goes down, not up. Thats not it... so get new window motor and figuring something is wrong inside motor, but thats not it either.
So, the drivers main window switch does nothing on that window either up or down, but drivers side rear window will go down with its switch only and not back up. Now what do I do?
Im stumped. What now?

I researched the same issue with my rear window. Found all the parts work but suspect the gear plugs need to be replaced.

on my '01 Suburban, the passenger windows got sluggish, and would go down, but not up, unless you pulled it up.
opened the door panel, and saw the fuzzy stuff on the slides was a mess, plus the crank mechanism showed rust.
rock auto has a complete replacement kit w/motor, cheaper that trying to find parts at a junk yard. works just fine now.
I also thought the door switches were bad, ordered new from Rock Auto, nope, not the problem, but left the new switches in because they are "shiny" and have all of the TEXT where it should be
