All you have to do is use a plastic spackle or something flat that won't damage your window, run between the window and the seal, and it should open. If it doesn't work, grab the motor itself and gently (but firmly) twist it towards you, then try the power switch itself. For future reference, when you close the windows, give the switch a quick tap, so the window itself is fully closed, but cracked.
Assuming () you're speaking about the rear wings, and not the rear passenger door window, mine used to stick occasionally. I'd go in the back and try to turn the retractor by hand. It never seemed to move much, but apparently its enough to let the electronics do the trick.
Last time this happend, I grabbed my can of silicone, sprayed my rag with it, and wiped the seals down so they didn't stick any more. It hasn't "stuck" for over a year now.
I turned the retractor a little and I pushed along the edge of the window. The window seemed like it was stuck shut just from the feel and the sound when I pushed on it. Either way, all is well now. Thanks for your help!

Where is the control for the rear wing windows located?
