Regen issue please HELP!
I noticed that when my DPF load would hit around 130% on my Edge monitor it would stop there and slowly work it’s way down then back up to 130% and down again. This is that point where my truck would go into that limp mode so to me it seems like everything is working. And it does this without turning on the regen light on my monitor so I am guessing this is what they call a passive regen? The active regen is when the regen light comes on and my EGT goes way up?
1500 Miles from Denver to my house in Brookings Or. (a frequent trip) Leaving Winnemucca Nv. Today I saw my MPG go from 21.0 to 20.4 (not normal ) and on my edge I noticed the DPF load was climbing to about 65. DPF soot was 8. EGT1 Temp is normally 500 to 600 and EGR4 temp about 80F under that.
Figured I was doing a regen. I watched more closely and the DPF load started dropping as did the DPF soot. But the EGT1 went to 850F and the EGT4 went to about 1150F. Is that the result of a regen? After everything settled down, load, soot and EGT temps. MPG went back to 21+.
Should I check for other issues?

This was my first trip with an Edge Insight in the 2022 F250 and now I'm able to see more of what's going on with the engine.
I make the round trip about 3 times a year. October will be a 5500 mile trip to Michigan and return thru Denver. It's nice to know the workings of the 6.7
