N70 = LN700 gas
F = 391 4V XD FT gas V8 (they picked up "XD" in '75)
V = Kentucky Truck Plant
A36903 = 1976 numerical series, September 1975 production
184 = 184 inch wheelbase

X = Tan
Two tone paint although the pictures don't look like it.....
N702 = LN700 gas, 23,000 lbs GVWR
828 = I do not have clear info on that. Could be a Bostrom Levelaire seat, unsure. Standard cab without butterfly hood. Chassis cab is indicated.
2 = Clark model 282V five speed direct transmission

E3 = Eaton model 16244 two speed rear axle, 17,500 lbs capacity, 6.50 / 9.04 ratios
M = Ford 7,000 lb capacity front axle with power steering
23000 = 23,000 GVWR

A6 = Ford of Canada, Western (Lincoln-Mercury)
0071 = Special order number, a sequential number for the year.
Let me know if something doesn't line up.
