Hi, have a abandoned C750 on my property with the following tag(C76EUD55587)

Geez Louise, this is a small pic, it's hard to read...even with a 27" screen and a magnifying glass.

C76 = C700 Tilt Cab (gas).

E = 361 2V FT engine.

U = Louisville KY Assembly Plant.

D55587 = 1968.

153" Wheelbase.

C = Pure White.

C760 = C700 Tilt Cab (gas), 27500 lbs. GVWR

4 91: 4 = Black all Vinyl // 91 = 91A Standard Cab.

9 = New Process model 541 5 Speed Direct.

HHD:

HH = Eaton model 17221 Two Speed Rear Axle // 7.17/9.77 // 18,500 lbs. Rear Axle Capacity.

D = Ford-Rockwell/Timken 7,000 lbs. Capacity Front Axle.

27,500 lbs. Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.

182 net HP @ 3,800 RPM

517375:

51 = Denver CO Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.

7375 = Domestic Special Order number, truck ordered special by the original purchaser, not "bought off the lot."
