Heated Mirrors

I have a 2003 F150 supercrew 4.6L 4x4. I want to replace the powered mirrors with powered/heated mirrors. Is that an option I can do with ford or after market parts

Hi tones40 and welcome to the forum

I'm not sure that the wiring would be there or not already. Sometimes Ford uses the same harness whether all the options are there or not. I wonder if you could find a truck with the heated mirrors that you could remove a door trim panel and see what thw wiring looks like to compare. Maybe at a wrecking yard?
