Excuse me for A) wanting some real world experience on where to buy a replacement cable since OEM is no longer available and….

Have a good day! 😘
I can’t speak for the others but I did offer my experience. I ordered new positive and negative cables online from the place two of us mentioned. They added additional wires at the battery terminal end so I could connect to the factory harness.

Thanks

"I do my thing and you do your thing. I am not in this world to live up to your expectations, and you are not in this world to live up to mine. You are you, and I am I, and if by chance we find each other, it's beautiful. If not, it can't be helped." Toork, hobohilton made suggestions that you rejected. Maybe you can't expect a full tutorial via an online forum, that would include trade techniques that take years to learn. Storming away mad is a form of being codependent. Take what you can use, leave what you can't.

No one stormed away mad! I read and considered each recommendation. They are all valid! I felt I clearly, I could be wrong, explained what I was looking for. He made a comment about my wanting someone to ride up and “fabricate my battery cables for me” even after I thanked someone for their recommendation.

A few more members gave recommendations and he felt the need to reiterate a similar comment. I felt it was elementary and I commented on it.

To each his own. Like I said, I ordered a cable per one’s recommendation. I appreciate everyone’s help!
