When I got my truck in 21 I ordered a dozen oil filters. Came out to less than $12 per filter. Also, I had previously found a few gallons of Rotella T6 5W40 for $20/gallon, but now it seems that Rotella T6 5W40 has been back in stock at my local Wally World at $25 gallon. So, at current cost it will cost me about $110 to change my own, using MC filters and T6. But the best part is that when it's done, I will know it was done correctly, and replaced with what I know and want... that's priceless!
At least $110 in oil and filter. I buy synthetic oil from Amazon ($80) and oil filter at Ford dealer is at least $30.
So $100-$125/hr labor at dealer is about right.
just called the Dealer, $202 for an oil change and filter now. UGH.
Checked with the shop that did my Hydro Boost repair, $400 bucks.
Guess its time to learn to do my own.
Unfortunately, that isn't bad. I think the going rate for an oil change on my wife's Sienna would be something around $120-140 for 6.5 blooming quarts at a dealer.

dieselfiltersonline.com for bulk purchases on official Motorcraft filters. Over $250 gets free shipping. I've used them before.
At least at the Wally world near me, oil has been hit or miss. Motorcraft 10w30 (diesel) is basically non-existent, 5w40 are only a gallon or two and they don't always have the MC filter in stock. I think for my next change I am going to have to suck it up and order ahead online. Planning isn't my strong suite I guess.
I had 3 quarts left over from previous oil change. So purchased 3 1 gallon jugs of Rotella T6 5w40 and a Fram filter from Wally World and it was a tad over $100.00. There was no Motorcraft oil or filters.

There was a time last year the local Wally world I go to, including another one as well, that MC 10w30 was scarce but the last time I went, it had it and bought the three 5 quart jugs. Right now, I have enough for three oil changes; have T6 5w40 (wanted to try as never ran before), T4 10w30 and MC 10w30. WalMart now also carries T5 10w30, at least the ones near me do. Recently did a change and used the T5. I used to buy the 2051 oil filter at Wally world, but when MC was replacing with the 2124, no more 2051s. Haven't seen the 2124 yet there but haven't been there in awhile. Now have the Donaldson P502503 filters. I've used one before.
Since I have 3 diesels, the 6.7 and two Kubota tractors, buying in bulk is a benefit. Tempted to buy a 55 gallon drum, but then need the dispenser and fill can, and a place to store it. For me, buy it by the case is the best solution. The filters for the Kubotas cost a whole lot more than the Motorcraft ones. I had to replace one hydraulic filter after 50 hours and nearly fainted when I was told the price. $125!!! Thankfully I don't need to replace it for another 430 hours.

Yes, the hit and miss at Wallyworld has shifted my practice to buying T6 5W40 when I see jugs in stock (normally just one or two), and I stop when I have enough to do two oil changes. Ironically, last week they had about 15 jugs on the shelf, but I just bought a couple more to round out my stock. I don't want to be a greedy horder like the TP folks during Covid, but I also don't want to get caught with my pants down around my ankles when an oil change is due. Started doing this for all our vehicles within the last year.
