need to know how many quarts of oil to do oil change in 7.3 diesel

Just curious. I see some who are adamant about the use of the motorcraft oil filter. I've always used the WIX. I figured they make a top notch filter so why not?

The wix and motorcraft are both a 20 micron filter

the WIX and Motorcraft are great filters the OEM Motorcraft is $20 cheaper 'nough said IMO hahaha
