hi Im working on a 95 300 I6. i've got it pulled out and pulled apart, theres a rail attached to the head, its not the fuel rail, i don't think, almost every port where it threads onto the head is cracked. I'll try and upload a picture but you never know.
I believe that's the rail for the air pump. Do you mean the head is cracked, or the rail is cracked? The small tubes are pressed into the larger tube, one of them fell out when I removed that assembly from my head.
They make fancy plugs with the proper threads on them but if you already have the head off you can just drill and tap and run NPT plugs since the hole is already nearly the right size.
