I noticed a puddle on the ground and traced it back to this part. I have yet to determine if it's leaking from a line connected to it or the gasket. I'm not certain what this part is.
That's your secondary fuel filter housing. Does your puddle smell like fuel? From the looks of the base of your EGR valve behind it on the left, it's spraying somewhere on that side. Or maybe the fan is pushing it that way...
The only way to find out is to clean it all up and check again. I'd clean it up, then just turn the key on for 10-15 seconds multiple times without starting it while checking for the leak. If it is coming from the secondary fuel filter housing, you should be able to locate it without the fan blowing it around everywhere.
Fuel filter housing and the entire area around it looks wet so probably a bad gasket/seal. When oil filter and fuel filter are changed a new O ring need to be installed as well and each kit should come with one. Have you made sure the O ring is on properly and cap is torqued to proper 14 Nm spec?

Thank you Jokester,
I cleaned around it and the only place where I see fuel leaking is the gasket between the pump and the line. The blue arrow is pointing to the gasket, it's not leaking at the top, just the bottom. I couldn't get a good camera angle to show it. I used a dental mirror to watch it. Any chance someone knows the part number for the gasket? I'm hoping I don't have to replace more than that. I also replaced the lower and upper filters today. This depicts where the leak is coming from, but on the bottom.

Buy one of the kits using one of the link(s) below and kill 2 birds with one stone - fix your leak with a new gasket and install the blue spring kit to help bump up your fuel pressure. Both links are for the same OEM kit, so doesn't matter which one you order - you'll get the same thing.
When you change that, make sure you use two wrenches, hold the fitting while you turn the nut to remove the fuel line.
The spring of the pressure regulator will have pressure on the cover.
When you reinstall it, one or several tie wraps can hold the cover against the canister so it’s not so clumsy to put back together. And when you put the screws back in, go counterclockwise to listen you the threads to click and align, then tighten clockwise. Those are self-tapping screws, and some have a situation where they strip them out. Not something you want to do during the learning phase.
