Does anybody have any experience running the AMSOIL in the 6.0? I have run synthetic for a long time, but I am thinking about changing brands. Any feedback?
Amsoil products are good, but not any better than other premium oils out there. I've been using this stuff from PDD lately ( https://powerdrivendiesel.com/produc...ted-with-zddp/ ) in a few trucks and the oil samples are coming back good. FYI, oil samples also came back good when I ran Amsoil, I quite using Amsoil because of the companies pyramid scheme marketing strategy ,not the because of the products themselves)
...
Never thought of that. What I normally do, i change the oil, at 5000 miles, change the filter, and at 10,000 miles, change the oil and filter. You think that is too extended?

Put the 15W40 from Power Driven Diesel in my truck today. Added a dose of Archoil for the 6.0, so I went all out. I might be nuts, but it seemed to be running smoother this afternoon on the way home.

I just started using Archoil engine treatment and fuel treatment the other day myself and notice a difference already.
