Adding Trailer TPMS

I ordered the TTPMS for my new 2022 DRW Lariat. It looks a bit more involved than the the system on my Ram - I searched here but did not findmy answer.

Other than the receiver and the wiring that runs to the bumper and TPMS in the trailer tires - do I need to have the dealer flash the TTPMS sales code to the truck. I see the Trailer TPMS option in my menu on the dash cluster but it tells me its not available or recognized.

You don’t need to have anything flashed. Once you hook it all up and install the sensors, you should be able to connect to them in the menu. It’s very easy.

x2

I added the sensors and wiring to my 19 several months after I purchased the truck and everything just started working. Incredibly easy. Will never own another truck without the system either and it's super convenient to have it integrated into the gauge cluster.
