No corrosion and the terminals are all clean and tight. I should do a temperature check again when the engine is cold. When I checked last time, I had been driving so it could have just been heat from the motor.

UPDATE: I just replaced the GPR, cleaned all the terminals and tested the voltage. It is showing 10v across all terminals. The check engine light is off for now (probably because I disconnected the batteries) and hopefully will remain off. I still have the P1000 code but that typically happens after I disconnect the batteries. That should go away by itself. Thanks for all the help and I will update if the codes come back.
