On a trip with RV now i have many trouble codes

Hello everyone, About half way threw a 3 hr. trip with the 5th wheel. Truck is running great we stop at a welcome center. Let the truck idle for a few minutes to cool then shut it down. 10 minutes or so later i start the truck runs great as always pull out on to interstate all good then i glance over at my Edge insight WOW 6 trouble codes. look at dash engine lite is on, Truck seems to be running normal. so next rest area about 25 miles i pull in shut truck down to retrieve codes form the insight. Well here they are.

P0261 cylinder 1 injector circuit low
P0267 cylinder 3 injector circuit low
C1501 unknown
P1555 unknown
P1555 unknown
B2:2: unknown

I start the truck seems to be running fine so i head for the interstate look at the insight WOW now we have more trouble codes. Truck is running good so i continue on about 35 miles to our exit. I stopped once off the exit and retrieve more codes.

P0264 cylinder 2 injector circuit low
P0055 (H20S) heater resistance (bank 1 sensor 3)
C1555 unknown
P112 (IAT) circuit intermittent fault

I cleared the codes and drove about 5 miles to the campground. No codes reappeared in that time.

The truck is a 2006 F350 with 86000 miles well maintained and has been a very good truck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Well that sucks sorrey to hear that

anyway looks like most of the codes point toward the FICM

can you put your gauge onto FICM voltage and see what its running

48 volts is what you want

might have a hard time to start after it cools down

Thanks, Can i get away with a half shell FICM I believe i can replace it myself and does not need programing. Or do i need to replace the whole thing. If so will it need to get programed.
I will test the FICM tomorrow.
Thanks again

The best thing for the FICM would be to repair it - no need to buy the half shell. You can reflow the solder yourself, or FICMrepair.com will repair it w/ compnents that are an upgrade for $225-$325.

You and me both...WiFi sucks.

Let us know how you make out on the FICM test. I know tools are probably limited but you can try to reflow the solder

OK FICM test results

12.52 at battery at time of test
48.5 key on engine off
39.0 for a split second on start up
42.7-43.3 fluxuating engine running

Little history on this truck, May help.
Last winter when temps. got down in the 20s it would be hard to start in the morning. I tested the FICM at this time although i don't remember the voltage it was in spec. I ended up plugging it in on those cold nights.
I did try Rev-x last winter witch didn't help any.

About 3 weeks ago on my way to work the truck lost power on the highway then shut down as i coasted to a stop. I was low on fuel (under 1/8 tank) first time being this low. Thinking my fuel gauge was off and i was out of fuel. Went a got 5 gals of fuel and the truck still wouldn't start. Ended up running the batterys really low. Got towed home. Fuel filters where empty Ended up being the fuel pump. I replaced the pump the truck fired right up and been running great. I opened up the water drain on the pump last week there where no signs of water and the fuel looked clear.

I bought this truck with 12,000 miles, oasis only showed an oil leak for the turbo. Around 60,000 miles i had the hanging drip at the bell housing and oil on the turbo boots. While still under warranty the bed plate leak was fixed also, had ARP studs installed while it was apart. They also rebuilt the turbo and replaced the inter-cooler pipes and boots. I have a great Tech at my local dealer. Has 85,000 miles on it now.

Thanks again for everybody's help

Your FICM is BAD

you might want to change it/fix it before it starts taking injectors out with it

like I said before 48volt what you want

I don't think my Edge will monitor the voltage at the FICM. I do monitor volts with it at 13.6-14.3 driving. Around 11 on start up.
I drove about 40 minutes to pick up the torx sockets. It may have a tiny tiny skip while cursing at 45-65 mph. May have just been the road.
Seems to run great has good power and idles smooth.
The trouble codes have not returned.
