engine ID
I have a 91 f250 with A 460 in it . Not sure the engine is original to the vehicle and I'm having some smog issues. Can anyone tell me what these numbers on the valve cover mean? At the bottom of the engine ID decal LMFO7.5BSA7 RDX/AIR/HO25/

Air=air injection reaction pumpHo2(s)=heater oxygen sensorsEGR=exhaust gas recirculation
mpi=multi port fuel injectionDunno about the rest.
