I received my scooter today and it is blue! I am a happy camper. I got a call around 11am saying they had a scooter for delivery and would be by in one to two hours. I was extremely happy because the VA lady said it would take six to eight weeks, and it has only been two and a half weeks. The people who dropped it off even offered to take the old one away. I told them yes as that would mean I don't have to try and get rid of it. It is a little smaller than the one I had, but it rides a lot smoother with the suspension. Even took it to the VA to thank the lady, but I got there too late, and they were closed. So maybe tomorrow.

No excuses. Philadelphia played a better game. I wonder if Josh Johnson will have a job next year. There's still room for him in the new USFL.
In the niners defense, their QB had an injured elbow (which makes him questionable next year, even with surgery), and had a choice to go to their 4-th string QB or to try to play a strictly ground game. In essence, they were screwed.
We got our CMCTRC (CA Middle Class Tax Refund Card) yesterday. I did not even know it was coming. Nice little chunk-o-change, but they made it a PITA to get the money out. There is a fee for almost every way to extract it unless you go with ACH (which I did). Even then, they limited it to $600 per transaction. Oh well. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.

I shudder at the thought of a 5th string quarterback. That poor guy. Josh Johnson got a concussion. Nobody is talking about it. Everyone is focused on Brock Purdy. I get it. Everyone is concerned about Brock Purdy. To suffer an injury like that, your first year in The NFL, is devastating.

I didn't even know that Automated Clearing House transfers were an option. I heard that you had to set up a pin number, then visit an ATM in their network.
The story that I keep hearing is that people were going to ATMs to withdraw cash. The card has a $600 per day limit. The ATMs that they use at CVS, Walgreens, Safeway, etc., have a $400 per day limit. Why was an out of state bank chosen? It sure did not make it easy for the citizens. It would have been nice to be able to walk into a local branch of BofA or Wells Fargo.
Thanks. I like it. The mirrors and rear basket were taken off my old one. It is smaller than my old one and doesn't have the fancy reclining seat, so I have to figure out a new way to get off of it, because I sit closer to the tiller, and this seat does not have any front to rear sliding function like the old one. Still, I am a happy camper.

The ACH option was the way to go. No fees, and overnight transfer. You had to give them the bank name, routing number, and account number, plus set up a pin. They also did 2FA every time you logged in to the account. That said, I was able to set up 2 transfers of less than $600 each in one go by scheduling them on successive days. One of the most horrible web interfaces I've ever had the displeasure to use though.
