Hey all, been years since I've posted on this forum but I'm in search of some answers.
My 2003 F350 6.0 has cost me far more than I'm comfortable with and once again is throwing more codes.
Yesterday the truck seemed to be running a bit off so I hooked up my SCT and was given these codes.
P132B
P0528
P0341
P0275
The truck has had quite a lot of work since May:
Egr delete
Oil Cooler
Hpop
O-ringed heads
Oem injectors
APR studs
Melling lifters
Cam sensor
Crank sensor
Water pump
Icp relocation
Upgraded Banjo bolts
Thermostat
FloPro exhaust
Charge pipe
Updated intake manifold
SCT Tuner - running on Street tune
Stage 3 transmission
P0132B is a code related to the calibration from the recall 06E17 (part of the Inferred EBP strategy). Some say that not many people have the inferred EBP strategy, but you certainly do, so don't let anyone talk you into changing out the EBP sensor. The code means that there is a problem with the VGT system. P132B is a fault code that is set if the required boost levels are not achieved during a learn cycle or at specific speed fuel demand points. This code indicates that there are issues with the turbocharger, MAF sensor, MAP sensor/hose, IAT2 sensor, intake leaks, or exhaust leaks, etc. Frequently it is a sticking turbo issue. This code can also throw a P0401 EGR code.
Look for leaks in the CAC system. Also inspect the MAP sensor hose for leaks or "pluggage". This also means to verify that the nipple on the intake manifold is clear (the one the MAP hose connects to). You might also pull the IAT2 sensor and inspect it for fouling/carbon
A P0528 alone likely means your PCM is not reading the actual Fan RPMs, but still operational (which is the important part). So, wiring or a fan clutch issue.
P0341 is a cam sensor code, but it can also be a starter issue. Cranking rpms would be good to know as noted earlier.
P0275 is for #5 Injector - Cylinder Contribution/Balance. I would fix the other "stuff" first and see if this code remains.

I hope it points you in the right direction. The P132b code can mean so many things. It really is a matter of rolling up your sleeves and starting the investigation!
Every time I save up for a smoke machine, something else comes up and the money disappears, lol.
I made a leak detector out of PVC pipe fittings. Drilled & tapped a hole for an air chuck, then just clamped it up to the hot side CAC tube by the turbo & pressured it up to 20psi. Only way I would've ever discovered I was venting boost out of the EGR valve.
