2003 stalling in the cold
BACKGROUND: Negative degree AK weather. Took it to get an oil change and it started stalling the next day on the way to work at a stop light. Cranks and starts up no problem but after parking it for like 30 min I had the same problem trying to pull out of the deep snow. Smooth idling & Reved up well into 2500rpm no problem in neutral but would stall when I tried to get the thing going forward. Thought it was the oil & transmission temperature but now I suspect either gelled lines (already had to throw a can of 911 diesel & some lucas antigel). One of my friends said his 6.0 had similar issues from a bad injector cap. Any thoughts?

What oil did you have put in it? ....and are you sure they put in what you wanted?
OEM oil filter cap AND filter?
If you aren't sure about the cap being OEM, post a picture of it (and the top of your engine).
