Trying to get rid of these codes
I'm trying to clear these codes. I had them a while but time to start knocking them out. I listed what I have about each one but I'm stumped. Doubt any effect the performance of the truck but still want to get them squared away.
P0381- Glow plug/heater indicator circuit
Installed new GPCM and believe glow plugs are good. No problem starting up in 20 degree weather.
P0541- AIH relay 1 low
Did a AIH delete and put the code eliminator wire to from the relay to the compressor bolt
P1139- Water in fuel sensor
Have new fuel bowl filter and no water in fuel
P1280- ICP Failure
Swapped out 2 ICP sensors and pigtails still no luck. Holding steady 725 at idle on tune 5 of the 6 pos switch

P1139 appears to point to something wrong in the WIF indicator circuit, not the sensor necessarily.
You could try removing and checking the WIF bulb, and unplugging/replugging connectors in this circuit, like the related instrument panel connector. Even the PCM connector itself (battery disconnected, key out of the ignition).
See this thread where @Y2KW57 was troubleshooting this issue. I learned what your username meant in this thread, Y2K!

For both P0381 and P1139, if you are using LED bulbs for WIF and WTS indicators, try putting incandescent bulbs back in - I know I had to do that on a few of these indicators to get my indicator-related codes to go away.

Thank you so much for the info I'll get a picture of the AIH wiring for you. As far as the valve cover harness I checked it out made sure it's secure and there was no chafing on the wires. The wire loom is still in tact and taped up w red tape.
As you last mentioned it's funny you mention the cluster. They are all factory bulbs but I do have an issue with the cluster itself. I bought the truck this way and only the left side from the speedometer works and there's a check Guage light. Maybe this is the cause to those 2 codes w the circuits.
This is probably not relevant to these issues but I just replaced a broken braided ground on the passenger side from the cab to frame last week.
I'll have to get the pictures throughout the day, I'm just getting ready for work now. But I appreciate you reaching out and will follow up.

I'm nervous about your cluster issues - The fella in the link below has an '04 with similar issues - no tach, engine or trans temp, and check gauge light. I think the '02-04 clusters are similar. He had to replace his cluster and his PCM. I hope there is an alternative to that.

I see @CircuitBoardMedics is a sponsor here, and repairs these clusters. Might be worth a conversation with them to see if they've dealt with this problem before.

This is when the truck is running
This is when I first put the ignition on and all the lights illuminate
I tried to buy a new cluster but can't find a matching one front and back. The clusters I find w the digital odometer have newer style black plugs meanwhile mine has an older style ribbon like plug

I sent my cluster panel to the folks below, repaired it within 4 hours, shipped it back the same day.

they give a LifeTime Warranty on their repairs, as long as, you do NOT break the Warranty Seal on the back.
