Hi guys. Seems to be having a issue with my truck taking longer to start. I know on Ford website says 3 to 6 seconds to start. Not sure if my icp is going bad or I have a hpop leak. Will post a video with gauges and starting so you can see what I mean.

Sorry I should of put. I just had injectors replaced also stand pipes and dummy plugs. Also glow plugs and glow plug harnesses. Thank you for your reply
That does not exclude that the o-rings were nicked during the install, or with the installation of new injectors, the rail nipple ball o-rings were not stressed if the line-up was not great. There have been a few people who have issues with the latest stand pipes.
Just because parts are new, they should be considered not to be a potential.
Then the first question would be what was going on prior to the injector replacement?
If you had a shop do the work, I would have them assess what is going on.
However, first I would give it a few days if it was just done, in case there is an air issue.
Second, depending on the knowledge of the shop, if they also took the approach to not consider there may have been install issues, they could go directly to needing a new HPOP in a parts throwing mode, a HPOP that does not have a bad history of failures. There is a back connection to the branch tubes that can be problematic, leaking and blowing apart, damaging the rear cover. That is always another potential.
It went into the shop for a miss and they found 2 injectors were bad. So had them replace them all. It’s been 2 months since replace the hpop was replaced 50000 miles ago. Truck has 204000 miles on it. The shop is a diesel shop all they work on.
