Blower motor not working

Anybody got any tips for troubleshooting the blower motor on a 91 e350 with the 7.3 idi? Fuse is good but with the blower on, I’ve got no power at all at the wires going into the blower motor. Where is the relay for the blower located? Thanks

There is no relay for the blower motor. There's a resistor pack to control the speed.
check fuse number 1 by the driver's knee.
