Source of OBD II codes

I'm writing an OBD II tool for my 2000 F-150 and I'm looking for a source to determine what the scan codes actually mean. Can someone point me to a resource. TIA

Check out http://www.iequus.com/manuals/3100E.pdf
This is the instruction manual for an OBDII code reader and it lists all the codes. I hope this helps.
