After owning several new Super Duty's, I know how much better my truck will ride and handle with a Shock upgrade. A set of Bilstein 5100's are inexpensive and you'll notice the difference immediately. 4Wheel Parts has them on sale all the time and they include free shipping. Like Ford's OE Brake Pads, I can't stand all the Brake dust they leave behind. I replace the Ft Brake Pads at my first Oil Change. Also, I seal up all the Plug Caps that surround the Spare Tire and Trailer Hitch. Keeping moisture and corrosion from the Electrical System is imperative on these trucks. As I said, after owning a few of these, you just know what to expect. Correct their short comings right off the bat, you're good to go.

Now that’s something I haven’t done but want to… those front brake pads are horrific when it comes to brake dust! Which pads did you switch too?
Yeah, slap some Bilsteins on and it will completely transform your truck. Even if you’re just driving the super slab (HIGHWAY). It will make your super duty driving a million dollar trophy truck! IMHO ridiculous, the differences are very subtle and to many unnoticeable.
I am one of those that can feel a pretty substantial difference. The 5100's do not "ride better" because of their design but they do offer vastly better wheel control which becomes more and more useful as wheel and tire sizes and weights grow beyond stock.
The road up to my subdivision is either 2 miles of narrow twisting 2 lane road with 800 feet of elevation change. Has some rough sections in the corners. On stock shocks this is a nightmare, the truck literally bounces sideways if you hit these at any speed. With the 5100's it shrugs it right off, a fraction of the drama at the same speed. Or I go off the back side of the mesa with about 6-7 miles of potholed dirt road. The 5100's do not make it a trophy truck, they are not nearly as good as the Fox on my old Raptor but again a huge improvement over stock. I can't imagine being so numb to your vehicles responses that you actually can not tell a difference, that seems like the absurd claim to me...
I think the same just the opposite though, no hiding a pea under your mattress.
I put alot of mileage on trucks over the years in all conditions.
I guess being an oger has it's benefits than being a princess.
It was all those years of running cars on the racetrack that ruined me. Getting your machine dialed in and pushing it's limits was my hobby for a decade or so. Certainly makes me over sensitive to how my vehicles drive. Actually kills me to have two solid axle 4x4 rigs and nothing to tear around in it should I get the urge, we have always had a sporty car in the stable... Fixing to fix that soon. My mind is still in total denial of my physical age.
Just run your stock shocks. At this point you don't even know how they will perform. Then reach your own opinion. FWIW, I feel my stock shocks are just fine.
my '22 f450 has the fx4 package and heavy duty front suspension my '22 350 is just 4x4 with heavy duty front suspension , in both cases I feel like stock is fine but both trucks have less than 6k miles so who knows I'd it'll last

You are correct when you say, "IMHO ridiculous". When you say Bilstein shocks will "completely transform your truck", that too is ridiculous, and I agree with you, and who ever said that is wrong. Of course, the term "subtle" means different things to different people, it is similar to saying something tastes Great! If someone says something tastes great, that is obviously their opinion, how can you argue with it? Only a fool would argue with someone by saying, "just because You think it taste great, doesn't mean it tastes great". On the other hand if you said, it doesn't taste great to me, who could argue with that?
