I have p1335 code on my 05 f350. I have already cleaned the egr valve. This truck is new to me so I have done the blue spring kit I have a SCT livewire ts tunner and I put on a 5inch exhaust. My mpg's seems to be on point but when I start the truck it smokes until my oil temp gets to 180 to 190 and it bucks whe it engages into over drive but after about 6 to 10 miles it all stops and runs fine. My ficm logic and ignition run between 13v and 14v and the main power is 48 to 49v Anyone have any ideas. I'm replacing the exhaust back pressure sensor in the morning. I know I need to replace the oil cooler and egr cooler and will be doing that soon. Thanks for any help I can get in diagnosing this problem.
These trucks really need live data to diagnose properly. Hard to guess based on symptoms.
first thing I would do is put it back to stock.
Obd wifi adapter for $30 and forscan you can get all the data you’ll need.
I would caution against replacing parts without first knowing if they are bad. For example oil cooler and egr cooler. How do you know those are bad? You’re talking about a $1000+ investment so I would want to be sure.
I know the oil cooler needs to be done because my deltas are 30° higher than coolant not towing anything. My icp at idle is .24 to .23 at idle my ipr is 24.4 to 24.7% at idle. Hpop is 550psi + at idle (all while warm op temps) cold icp is .27 and ipr is 27 to 28% when cold. I have forscan and tourq as well as the sct livewire ts for monitoring. What other information do you want me to look at.
And I will be doing the oil cooler and egr cooler myself. I am completely capable. I have replace injectors on another trucks and did the injector sleeves egr delete on another truck i owned and other things. I'm not a send it to a mechanic kind of guy.
Based on BARO sensor, i'm guessing you live ~5000' elevation? What does your EBP (pressure) and MAP (pressure) read KOEO? If they're both about -12.2, I would forget about the EBP sensor rabbit hole and focus on the EGR valve. The code and symptoms point that way.
Also, change your PID on Forscan screen shot to include EGR valve position. I think the one you have up now is EGR Throttle Plate voltage. If so, your '05 doesn't have an EGR throtte plate.

Reason: adding more info
Egr only reads whats shown. My EBP reads 97 to 102 on my sct livewire ts+ and I live @ 5300 ft above sea level. I'm in Colorado. The previous owner replaced the pigtail for the egr and I checked the connection and all the wires and plug are snug with no play. I will check the ebp map and once I have finished updating my sct tunner.

SCT devices don't read EBP correctly, so you'll have to use another program or scanner for that.
I have removed the tunner and drove to work and home (80 miles total). No change in how it drove. The only thing that changed was I now have p0404 and p0405 with the original p1335. All drivability issues still go away when it gets warm. When I start the truck cold the egr desired is around 30% different from the egr actual then when it gets warm it drops to with in 8% different. I'm guessing the egr is faulty.
I had a overboost code. the hose for the map sensor was deteriorating so I replaced it cleaned out the port on the intake and now I have a low boost code. I will be cleaning the ebp tube this weekend as well as replacing the oil cooler and egr cooler cause my deltas are way up there. Hopefully the cleaning of the ebp will fix the boost issue and the chugging at 55+ mph till it's warmed up.
