Question Oil Temp

I've notice that when the engine cooling temp gets up to normal the oil temp is still pretty cool and takes a while to get up to normal (?) for the oil. What I was wondering is there a oil temp gauge out there that is easy to install in a PSD? Since mine is a 02 it has the tranny temp already so I thought for fun I could put the oil temp gauge in a three gauge pillar mount. Anybody done this before????

I know autometer makes an oil temp guage. Ive thought about getting one for my truck. I would have to mount it elsewhere though (my pillar is full with boost, pyro and oil press)
