E4od/4r100
I'm rebuilding the e4od tranny I have several parts trannies 1 of which is a diesel trans. I'm gonna use most those internals so my brother's don't destroy it again. Ok background info about 10 years ago i put a reman tranny in it, when i tore it down It has all 4r100 internals (some destroyed) snap ring groove blown off the end of the foward clutch and the stator support broken clean off. Any ideas on how this happened? Those aren't the normal weak points of the e4od or 4r100. So on to the build just gonna swap cases and put fresh rubber and paper in maybe a few bushings and or sprags. Low/rev clutch will have a six fiber/ steel stack with 6 pinion steel planets also plan to put 6 fiber steel in the direct clutch if I can find a snap to correct clearance which brings me to why I'm here I'm look n for the stack height clearances does any 1 here have those?

Either way, if your brothers destroyed it, I'd say don't let them touch it any more.
