So from looking at it the IPR reads 55% at idle while the ICP read 600 psi
Warm engine or cold ? Either way it shows a high pressure oil leak or faulty reporting . 55% is almost max for the IPR at WOT . 600 ICP at Idle is close . Mine is about 585 or so ,IPR DC % 12.at Idle warm .
It was cold idle because it won't idle once warm, after about 5-10 mins of idling it gets a lot rougher jumping about 100-150 rpm just trying to stay running

faulty reporting may be a cause but I don't think so because it started out at 15% then it went to 25% then 40% and finally 55% this was all within about 25-40 seconds

On mine KOEO IPR DC% is zero . The IPR only does what it is asked for based on what the ICP reports to the PCM . 15 % engine off is false .
so what does that mean for mine when it says 15% when the engine is off? Could it be a possible electrical issue or maybe it is false reporting
The engine cannot run without correct info from the sensors . On yours , the PCM says IPR is 15% when not running . It either sees that (key on) from the ICP sensor or the PCM is screwed up . I have never seen this one before . The IPR is not a sensor . The IPR DC is what the PCM is telling it to do .

It also looks like my ICP is reading .2V KOEO. looking it up it seems it should read .02V KOEO (does that sound correct?) .
I follow so many of these no start threads I cannot remember if you changed your oil or not .
What's the difference between my oil being changed and it not being changed? ( I understand it's a heui and mostly understand how that works and the significance of the oil, I'm just curious)
Old oil is thinner from fuel and combustion contamination . Nature of the engine running at 400 LBS of compression per Cyl . ( fuel getting past the rings ) If its thinner all the time it can cause symptoms of HP oil leaks to be compounded .

Thank you for the explanation, that makes sense. I think I've only driven about 40 miles on the new oil and I got a oil analysis done and it found virtually no fuel in the old oil
