Greetings Gentlemen, wanted to drop a note and say that a new step in life has been taken. We have had our F350 for many years, using it to tow our 31 ft. Travel Trailer. It was world's of adventure and fun for the family. But finally, we sold the RV and after giving lots of thought to what might be in our retirement years, when they finally come (2-3 years) we determined we would not buy another RV. Now, two years later, I finally realized that I also don't need an F350. Today we sold her. Lots of memories drove away, but I am assured that the family that bought her will get as much enjoyment as we had.
But I surely wanted to come here and thank all of you for the knowledge, guidance and help you give. I didn't post much, but I was a regular reader and enjoyed the many things I read and learned. This is a wonderful site and filled with wonderful people with awesome knowledge. I may hang around a bit yet or occasionally look in just to see and learn more, but I realize that without the truck....well....you get it. May the wind be at your backs. May all of you continue to be a the epitome of wisdom you have been. Thanks for all you have done for me. I am grateful and blessed for the experience.

Congratulations on your retirement @Blackbeltdually ! As a fellow retired person (at least formerly, I am now back into semi-retirement), just because you retire doesn't mean you have to quit having toys you know.

Another congrats on the retirement! Now you can enjoy 6 Saturdays and a Sunday every week like Sous.
I know how that goes. My parents had to make the hard call to retire from their camping career that spanned almost 50 years and I had to make the hard choice to leave the "Brotherhood" when my beloved Money Pit was totaled.
I still hang around (years later) and help where I can until I can't remember any more (although I still remember the VIN 3 1/2 years later).
