You can make a stock SD downpipe fit with some clearancing on the firewall and downpipe. It will need shortened up so it fits tight under the cab IIRC - it’s been awhile since I did this......
At a minimum, you’ll want fresh cab mounts - but a little body lift definitely helps make room for dp on the OBS.
The van turbo has a smaller outlet for dp than SuperDuty turbo. It’s also a 1.15AR exhaust housing - generally not considered an advantage for stockish power 7.3.

I think I can make the OBS diamond eye fit with an extension. I cut the down pipe last night and cut the welds off of the turbo adapter. It may be a little tight. I picked the van turbo because it should give better flow than the OBS turbo, it fits the larger plenums and a larger spyder and the outlet fits the OBS downpipe. If I were going for big power then I would have gone with something else.
