I’m doing the 78-79 PS conversion version on my 76 Highboy. Need a 78-79 pitman arm.
Does anyone have one for sale or know where I can locate one?
Do these stock arms have a curved end?
Well I found one, but it looks like a F100/F150 straight style. I have a 4wd 1979 F250 parts truck, but that OEM pitman arm might be getting used here soon if I change the red truck over to crossover or highsteer set up. If you figure out that this one in the pic will work...it is for sale.

[QUOTE=77&79F250;20481698]Let me go look in my parts shed for my old one....looks like the item on the red box right?
That curved one looks like the right one.
See post #5, I do not have the curved one anymore. But I should be able to get one hopefully here shortly. But if you can source one faster, jump on it.
If your weld capable you can fab your steering system. Yes time is valuable but building is one reward where it can actually turn out better than what you can buy.
I some times find that i build stuff and take tomsof time when i could just buy it. Steering ive never regretted
