Speedometer sticking
My speedometer usually stays at 0 until 20-30 mph then jumps to the correct speed and works correctly after that.... Even if i slow down to under 20. Is this something that i can fix by taking the speedometer apart and cleaning/greasing parts or do i need another one?

Some of the speedometers do that. Most do not. You can change the speedometer head with one that doesn't do it, the cluster has to come out of the truck & come apart. Cleaning & oiling won't make a difference, at least it hasn't in the 6 or so I've had that did this.
Spin the replacement speedometer head with your fingers to make sure it reacts right away before you install it.

I would recommend oiling the replacement speedometer head before you install it. I use a light synthetic oil. I apply a tiny drop with a toothpick to the needle shaft where it goes thru the bearing, the bearing where the cable hooks to, the shafts where the odometer & gears spin. If you have an old speedometer cable you can push it into the head & spin it with a drill for a little while to make sure it works smoothly.
