I picked up a set of 1.5" spacers for a set of 18" rims i have, think i may have gotten the wrong set but for 80.00 bucks i figured i could resell them if need be.
I did check them they do fit but seems to have the wrong lug bolts, should i change the studs from the spacer to my hub and vice versa?
Sell them and get machined STEEL spacers instead of Aluminum. Those also appear to be lug centric where as the Super Duties are hub centric, that will cause the fitment issue. Proper steel spacers run around $250+/per pair but dont have the risk of splitting in half like the aluminum ones do.
Yes, you have the wrong studs and nuts - provided you got 8x170 spacers.
Your pickup will use M14x2.0 (course) studs/nuts and those are M14x1.5 (fine). The easiest way to make those work is to get course lugnuts for the spacers (replace those ones pictured) so they'll bolt to your hubs and then buy fine nuts (04-up) for the wheel side....won't be cheap though.
People always **** on the idea of spacers....I've run a lot of them on a lot of things and have yet to have an issue. The most memorable involved a broken WELD Wheel and the aluminum spacer was just fine.

To each their own.
The correct SD lug nuts on a spacer that is lug centric isn't ideal. Lug centric 8x170 wheels would work with the lug nuts that are on it though.
I ran aluminum spacers....they started their life out 2" but I machined them to 1 3/4". I had them on prior to the axle swap, and I might have had 3k pin weight with a GN horse trailer I was pulling....never had an issue.
