Don't quote me but those lug holes from your pic look almost like the lugs came loose and wollowed out.
If they were uni-lug I believe they would have pockets for the oval washers.
Should be shouldered lug nuts with washers. I have some 70s Ansen rims like that my father bought new. They should be hub centric rims, the lugs just provide clamping force, they don't do anything to center the wheel. Those look like someone used tapered lugs on them, check for hairline cracks.
Im an idiot, I learned a few things this weekend. Always bring a tape measure and how non et unilugs work. The pattern is ford car. I put them on craigslist, the fella text me asking if I wanted my money back....most wouldnt do that. Leason learned, I hope.
Ya, my dad called it from ten feet away when he seen them. I get my sights set and quit thinking. Anyway, that is settled. Im still looking for slots or turbines.
Look at the US Mags Indy U101. I bought mine through Summit Racing. They use a standard acorn nut. I had a set of vintage slots that I could not find a lug nut to fit. I was considering drilling the holes out but decided this was easier.
I honestly haven't put a lot of miles on them, but I had them put on two Black Fridays ago. I have 15X8 with 33x10.5s. The 10 inch wide rims were not available yet and I honestly did not want the wider tires as the ones in the back are 12.5 and I had trouble with them rubbing. Admittedly that may have been the tire/wheel combo the PO put on. I will be getting a Mothers Power Cone or Power Ball to clean them.
