F250 ABS

I have a 2001 F250 super duty two wheel drive. I just did a brake job on the front, new calipers, new brake lines, turned the discs. The ABS light has been on. I am reinstalling the discs and on the passengers side the square ABS piece is rubbing up against the gear teeth on the inside of the rotor. It sounds like a kid with a playing card in his spokes, I don't know why it is doing that, or if I should be concerned. Would appreciate any insight. Thank you.

Needs a RABS module is my first thought
That is if it is 2 wheel ABS anyway
The speed sensor in the rear axle or the connector is a common issue
You need to check the codes
