Just got off the phone with the shop. After taking the turbo off he said it was soaked in oil. Even had wet oil at the end of the tail pipe. Seems a little odd it took him this long (2 weeks) to find it. Kinda a relief but kinda not $$$.. lol
Drive the truck CCV rerouted and look if smoke has gone.
If it is still smoking: install new turbo. Check CAC, hot side and cold side tubes for oil contamination.
