OK...so I just put new wheels and tires on my 1978 F100 and aside from going with 2 small of a front tire, it pointed out a problem on the driver's front tire which is it is toed in quite a bit. It was off before but the other tires were 31/10.5's so it was not as obvious how far off it really is. The passenger side is fine so I am wondering if this can be adjusted or is something broken?
You can't just look and see wrong toe in unless it's like a wreck. If you think the both sides are toed in just from looking ... then you really should take that truck to an alighnment shop.

I have a mechanic friend that is gonna look at it, but I don't want to get the alignment fully done until I get the ride height where I want it..I don't drive the truck much at all at the moment
Loosen adjuster sleeve at driver tire turn the sleeve with a wrench to set toe a fuzz toed in.
if drag link off steering box had a sleeve use it to center wheel.
There are youtu.be vids on doing tape measure aligments in the driveway your mechanic buddy will likly learn a fewxthings watching them with you
Are you talking about camber? I can see you have that the top of the tire leaning out. That is not adjustable to my knowledge without changing springs or bending arms (not recommended). If there is some weight loss like the engine has been removed they will do that.

No weight loss...It was like that with the larger rims/tires I had on the truck also but not as noticeable.
I am fairly sure something is broken or something, but it drives just fine aside fromt eh steering wheel being off center.
