Ok nice ohms / impedance match on the injectors. While working on it did you remember to disconnect the battery, so to wipe the old corrupt fuel trim tables the old injectors mucked up??? If not, the ECM doesn't know a repair has been made / new injectors installed, so will be trying to run the engine like it was trying to with the Old injectors, so may be seriously Over fueling the engine & causing hydraulic lock???

Did you perform a KOEO fuel pressure check to see if psi will hold, so you know those nicely matched injectors aren't leaking & causing a hydraulic lock problem. Just because they're new doesn't automatically make em good, I've seen bad new parts right out of the box!!!
More thoughts for consideration let us know what you find.

Before I tear into it, here is a quick video of the noise. Just for opinion. Thanks.

Not the low down, bottom end thunk sound a rod makes, more of a top end trashing noise, like from low, or no lube to the top end of the engine, or maybe oil thats seriously thinned from fuel dilution. So check oil level & if over full, give the dipstick a sniff test & if it reeks of fuel it'll need a oil & filter change after you find & fix whats causing the fuel dilution.

Ok, so no excess oil and no gas mixed in. Oil looks pretty good. I pulled a valve cover and it looks clean inside. I am thinking maybe I lost the oil pump? I am going to put it back together and take a look at the pressure. I just don't want to keep running it and maybe cause more damage.

Oil pressure looks good. I took my stethoscope and listened real close. Sounds like the knock is coming from around the timing cover. Would a chain make that kind of knock? Or maybe something else came loose.

Maybe a collapsed valve lifter on that end of the engine. See if you can determine which cylinder bank on that end seems nosiest.
