Mystery Engine
The intake manifold is embossed C3TE 9324 D
It has "Ram Horn" style exhaust dual exhaust
The distributer is in rear and slightly canted to the starboard - wheel well
I need to get tune specs..plug #, dwell, timing.
It runs good with plugs recommended for a 292. The original (last installed) plugs are missing.
Please help.

I moved you to the Large Truck forum as that's where a 700 size truck would be discussed.
As to your engine, no mystery--it's a Y-block. Possibly a Lincoln Y-block.
Some info on the Lincoln motors vs. the Ford Y-blocks:

For '61 if it's a Ford Y, it would be a 292. But the engineering number on that manifold indicates a 1963 revision date, so something was changed--manifold or more--along the way.
Points should be set a .017. Here are some other specs.

The fuel pump for the 292 was much too short compared to the one I removed.
Another suggested it was a Super Duty because of the intake manifold numbers...C3TE D but with an unknown C.I.
I would sure like a definitive ID. to get the correct sparkplugs..ect. because 292 and the super duties are different.
The Id numbers near the Starter are C1TE, which would be a 292 but the engine intake manifold is the C3TE D.
The fan has Five blades also.
Is there any other way short of measuring bore and stroke?
A Ford Y has stacked intake ports which you can see in the pictures here. This also gives the intake a particular look, and the intake is open underneath with a valley pan to cover the cam and lifter valley.
FORD Y
A Lincoln Y has the ports side by side.
302 and 332 both have the same 3.66" stroke, all the rest are 3.5" so other than being able to tell Lincoln from Ford, it's pretty hard to tell 302 from 332.
