Get an RV GPS along with an expensive atlas (like GoodSam's or the Truckers Atlas). Something like a Garmin RV890. I doubt you will find any smartphone app that can compete with the Garmin RV GPS for ease of use, different routing aspects, size of RV, etc.
oh - don't be stingy - you spent 10s of thousands on a truck and trailer, a few hundred dollars more shouldn't break the bank (at least not much more than we're be paying for fuel these days).
