Please move to the correct section if I’m in the wrong spot. I have a 2005 F2 50 with a 6.0. When I bought it the previous owner said that it was running fine open till he plugged in a programmer that was already married to another 6.0. He said as soon as he plugged in to the OBD port that was pretty much the end of it. He said that the PCM was fried and it would need a new one so I found one for relatively cheap on eBay. Whenever I first got the truck I still tried to start it and fuse number I think it was 22 was blown causing it not to crank. As soon as that was replaced the batteries were drained so I Charge them both up cycle the ignition And hear the collider from the injectors. Cranks but no start. So I replace the PCM with the one I purchased and as soon as I do that The batteries had drained down again for me trying to start it with the bad PCM so this time instead of just charging up the batteries I tried to jump it off my other truck except now I get no injector Clatter. Thinking that it might be a bad PCM that I received I switched back to the old one and still no injector clatter. With ignition on I get a TBC fault and the only DTC‘s that I get are cylinder six glow plug open circuit, EGR malfunction which is because somebody cut the pigtail off for the EGR, and I also get a DTC for the turbo because somebody cut the pigtail for it as well I’ve done a lot of research from this forum as well as others I’m just not quite sure where to start. Does anybody have details on what I need to test and what pins I should test on the FIMC or where to start if not the FIMC. Thanks
